Financial assistance including sponsoring trips abroad for young professionals, supporting indoor cricket leagues, funding the launch of a girls cricket competition, sponsoring disabilty cricket initiaitives and the lastest help provided to the Allstars programme. 



Awards are also made to Middlesex players for outstanding or landmark achievements for 1st team players for the previous season. 





There was a splendid turnout at this years Seaxe Awards Evening held in the Father Time bar on Friday 12th April, writes Glen Birkwood; with the award winners and their families there to give their support. We were also delighted to have our 1st team players together with Gus Fraser, Mike Selvey, Clive Radley MBE and Mike Gatting OBE who very generously agreed to present the awards; something which I'm sure will remain in the memory of the youngsters for years to come.


The proceedings were opened and hosted by Mike O'Farrell the Seaxe and Middlesex Chairman. He reminded all present of the objectives of Seaxe in supporting cricket at all levels throughout the County and of the successes that have been the result of this support.

John Piddington Allrounder Award: Luke Hollman

Gerry Lillee Bowling Award: Riva Pindoria

 Rynhold Family Award: Amelie Mundy

Richard Davis Award:Tej Sheopuri

The Seaxe Committee invite you to join them in the Middlesex Room after play on Monday 23rd Septmber to reflect on the season and look forward.  This is day one of our match against Derbyshire. 


Please call into the Seaxe Box during the day with your Seaxe membership card and you will be issued with a voucher for a free drink that evening. 


We hope we will be joined by some past and present personalities and hopefully by other Middlesex supporters.
